I made my first website after graduating with my master’s in 2018, and I had no idea what I was doing. So, I tinkered, I Googled, and I learned. I found that websites are like a fun and complicated puzzle that I enjoyed solving. Now, I’ve made an absurd number of websites, and I’ve learned more each time.
Have you ever found yourself staring at your computer screen, unsure how you can create a website that actually works? Bonus points if you’ve found yourself thinking, “I don’t have the time/energy for this.”

My formal background is English, but I’ve spent my last several years working in marketing. This means I’m a skilled writer, marketer, and web designer. I understand those frustrating topics like SEO, copywriting, and design. Your website will be the perfect combination of beautiful and functional.

What I’m listening to
An absurd amount of music. Truly, I listen to everything, and I am never without my iPod. That’s right. I have an iPod. Right now, I’m listening to Taylor, blink-182, and Regina Spektor.
What I’m watching
Movies, always. I started studying films in my last year of grad school and never stopped. Right now, I’m watching a lot of 2000s and 2010s films. Also, I watch Spotlight and The Big Short at least once a month.
What I’m reading
Mostly romance novels with a bit of non-fiction and academic works sprinkled in.
What I’m drinking
Tea – preferably sweet tea. I love a good vanilla chai latte, Arizona tea, and green tea with far too much honey.
